If you appeared in the RUHS Common Undergraduate Entrance Test 2026 and are waiting for the next step, the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) has officially released the counselling schedule for session 2026-27. Round 1 registration began on June 16, 2026, and candidates seeking admission to BSc Nursing, Pharmacy, and Allied Health Sciences courses must act immediately to secure their seat.

The exam was held on May 21, 2026, the result was declared on June 2, 2026, and classes for the new session are scheduled to begin from August 17, 2026. The entire process from registration to college reporting is now mapped out clearly for all three rounds.
RUHS CUET 2026: What Is This Exam and Who Is It For?
RUHS CUET is the state-level Common Undergraduate Entrance Test conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, for admission to undergraduate and diploma programmes in Nursing, Pharmacy, and Allied Health Sciences across government and private colleges affiliated with RUHS and Marwar Medical University (MMU), Jodhpur.
This is only the second time that RUHS has used a single unified entrance test for all three streams together, replacing the four separate examinations that existed earlier. Around 96,000 students appeared for the 2026 exam, competing for admission to courses spread across more than 200 participating colleges in Rajasthan.
As per a government order dated February 15, 2023, 100 percent of seats in all nursing colleges affiliated with RUHS must now be filled exclusively through RUHS CUET. No direct admissions or management quota seats are permitted outside this centralised process.

The RUHS CUET 2026 exam was conducted for admission to 21,540 seats across various courses, as mentioned in the official notification. Of these, BSc Nursing alone accounts for 9,240 seats across government and private nursing colleges.
The seat matrix follows Rajasthan government reservation norms. Out of the total seats, 85 percent are reserved for bona fide Rajasthan domicile candidates, while the remaining 15 percent are filled on an All India basis. Within all categories, at least 25 percent of seats must be allocated to female candidates as per horizontal reservation rules.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1. I registered for RUHS CUET 2026 but missed checking my result. How can I download my scorecard now?
You can download your RUHS CUET 2026 scorecard from the official result portal at ruhscuet2026.com by logging in with your roll number and date of birth. The result was declared on June 2, 2026, and the scorecard remains available on the portal throughout the counselling process. You will need this document during college reporting, so download and save it before beginning the counselling registration.
Q2. If I am not allotted my preferred college in Round 1, can I still participate in Round 2 and Round 3?
Yes. Candidates who do not receive their preferred college or course in Round 1 can participate in Round 2 and Round 3. However, you must re-register for each round separately within the specified registration window. Round 2 registration opens on July 18, 2026, and Round 3 registration runs from August 1 to August 5, 2026. It is important to note that if you accept a seat in an earlier round and then participate in a later round hoping for an upgrade, your original seat may be released. Read the official RUHS counselling guidelines carefully before choosing to float your seat across rounds.
Q3. I am from another state. Can I apply for RUHS CUET 2026 counselling?
Yes, candidates from outside Rajasthan can apply for RUHS CUET 2026 counselling and are eligible for the 15 percent All India quota seats. They are not eligible for the 85 percent seats reserved for Rajasthan bona fide domicile candidates. Candidates from other states must meet the same educational eligibility criteria and will be ranked separately in the All India merit list. Ensure you select the correct domicile category while registering for counselling to avoid disqualification.
Q4. The counselling fee is Rs. 550 per course. If I apply for two courses, do I pay Rs. 1,100 in total?
Yes. The counselling fee of Rs. 550 is charged separately for each faculty course you register for. If you wish to be considered for both BSc Nursing and B.Pharm, for example, you would need to pay Rs. 550 for each, totalling Rs. 1,100. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you receive an allotment. Make sure you genuinely wish to pursue each course you register for before completing the payment.
